Our Samsung side-by-side ice maker quit working and then frost started building up in the freezer. Called Wednesday evening, got an appointment Thursday afternoon. Tech was here about an hour, showed me what was wrong, replaced the icemaker assembly. Still working fine three weeks later.

Bosch dishwasher kept showing E15 and shutting off mid-cycle. Tried the usual reset stuff, no luck. Called Monday morning, they had someone here by 2pm. Turned out to be the leak sensor. Had the right Bosch part in the van so it was done same visit. No surprises.

KitchenAid wall oven would only go up to about 250. Called a couple other places first, but NorthStar was the only one that didn't try to charge me just to come look. Heating element. Same day. Done. Will use them again next time something breaks.

LG washer was leaking from underneath. Used the online booking on a Friday evening and they came Saturday morning. Kids were sleeping when he arrived and he was super quiet about it which I appreciated. Door seal was the issue. Maybe 45 minutes start to finish.

Whirlpool dryer wasn't drying — taking forever for one load. Heating element burnt out plus a fuse. He had both parts on him already which honestly surprised me, I expected to wait a few days. Working great again.

Fridge died overnight, freezer melted. Called Sunday morning hoping someone would actually answer, and someone did. He came at noon. Compressor was failing — told me given how old the fridge is, replacing it would make more sense than the repair. Could've sold me the repair anyway. Didn't.

Samsung dryer making this loud thumping like something was about to break. Tech showed me the worn rollers — said they go in pairs basically, so both got replaced. Took him about 90 minutes. Dryer is quiet now.

One burner on our GE induction stopped working completely. Failed coil — swapped it same visit. Polite guy, didn't mind that my dog was hanging around being nosy. Stove works.
